About Dave Nuber

large 9128With 20+ years of experience I draw a great deal of satisfaction in my profession – seeing every deal through until the end and continuing to stay in touch with my clients even after closing. There continues to be many changes in the lending industry along with many misconceptions about what programs are available, but one constant will be the professionalism and knowledge you will receive from me throughout the loan process.  I am striving to bring hope to our economy, one loan at a time. I understand that refinancing, buying your first home, upgrading as your family grows or using real estate as an investment tool are all major milestones in our lives, and my desire is to give my clients the attention they need to make these processes as successful as possible.  From the first meeting or phone call you will understand why my clients continue to work with me in all of their real estate financing needs and are excited to refer me to all their family and friends.

“I am working to restore hope in our local economy.. one loan at a time.”– David Nuber
